For those who work or are busy weekdays my next Saturday clinic is 12th September.

Im currently really into learning about our bodys connective tissue , in particular "Fascia", we are made up of many different layers of this connective tissue and its this we feel when we feel tension in the body.
When i work on releasing Fascia though  my touch therapies , it has a domino affect releasing along  other areas & lines through our body.
Working the feet can help release tension in the neck as it corresponds to a fascial line.

Vibrational sounds like my Singing bowls also release the fascia, Yoga, dancing, Chi Gong, & bouncing are fabulous to keep our fascia soft , free of tightness and moving well.

during September & October yoga will be adhoc sessions while i finish my exam on Sound Healing for Animals.
