We are holding our last Garden Seasonal Yoga Monday 8th September at 6.30pm.
We will be at the Liphook Village 15th & 22nd, then moving to a new venue, will let you know when fixed.
SILENT SAUNA & SOUNDBATH
Chrissy from Copperglowsauna & I are joining together to bring you a magical Full Moon Sauna experience with Aufguss Ritual with essential oils and then stepping out to cool down to a soothing and uber relaxing crystal bowl soundbowl, meditation... ice bath will be open too.
