Reflexology

This relaxing and rebalancing treatment works on the principle that every organ and system of the body has a corresponding point or zone in the feet or hands. 

Gentle pressure is applied to each pressure point, and where there are any corresponding physical problems.  Using light pressure on toes, feet and ankles (or hands), tensions are eased away, energy blockages  are released, accumulations of calcium and uric acid dispersed, blood circulation is stimulated.        

Reflexology can be used to treat the following:  Bronchitis, PMS, Migraine, Stress, Depression & anxiety, insomnia, arthritis, IBS and constipation and many   more ailments.          

The body and mind is calmed and relaxed , and the body will begin to heal and rebalance  itself.

I use reflexology to support in pregnancy, for children,Seniors ,cancer and anyone in need of TLC.
